Introduction:
“Observation make one’s mind to develop and create a new thing”
Students were taken to mathoor thottipallam for the project they were asked to watch the river and answer for the following questions. Students were divided into three groups and discussed about the questions.
Questions given to the groups:
Group 1
How river water is polluted by the people ?
Group 2
How do you waste water in your school, house and village?
Group 3
- How can you save water in your school, house and village?
- At the end of their discussion students got more awareness not to pollute the water resources and had the sense of making the society to do the same.
- All the students planted tree at their home and insisted their parents and relatives to harvest rain water.
- Students advised their parents not to waste fresh water.
- Students explained the people of the society to realize the need of saving water for future and to save the World.

Survey on SAVING WATER
Introduction:
“Little drop of water makes a mighty Ocean. Every drop counts.”
To prove this our students took a survey in their village. Each and every students visited 5 houses
and took a survey for the given question:

Students found many of the households wasting fresh water while cleaning, bathing, and washing etc.
After the explanation given my students more people followed the tips given by them and got aware on saving fresh water.
Example:
· Cleaned the vessel not in running tap water but used a tub of water for cleaning.
· More houses harvested rain water.
· Used the gray water to the garden.
· Children drank water with the tumblers not in open taps.
· More people planted trees.
